Key Responsibilities:

1.Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be required to lead a HR team to

support the Plant operations

2.Closely work with business function head and responsible for annual/quarterly/monthly HC planning, forecasting and approval for supporting business objectives and growth

3.Facilitate staffing process, monitor and feedback status to business/function heads in time

4.Annual performance goals setting and year-end performance appraisal;

5.Monitor industrial relations and employee relations developments to prevent disputes

6.Upgrade all existing HR practices

Key Requirements:

 Bachelor or above degree in Human Resources / Business Management or related

 8+ years’ work experience in HR & Admin fuction,3+ years with HR management

 Solid knowledge & skills in all HR functions

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Good command in both written and spoken English
